Your property, cared for — and managed from anywhere.
Tarkington LLC takes care of homes and builds automation around the systems that run them — irrigation, gates, lighting, climate, cameras and the network — so homeowners can see and manage their whole property online.
Get in touch →Care on the ground. Automation behind it.
We look after the property, then connect its systems so they run themselves — and report to you.
Property care
Hands-on care for residential property — maintenance, grounds, vendors and repairs, coordinated and tracked so nothing slips.
Home automation
We connect the systems your home already has and make them work together — schedules, sensors and safeguards that run on real readings, not guesswork.
Your property online
One private dashboard for your home: what's running, what needs attention, and what happened while you were away — on your phone or computer.
The things that keep a home running.
Every property is different. These are the systems we most often tie together.
Our own irrigation system, Datalus, waters each zone from its soil and measured rainfall — the kind of automation we build for every system on a property.
Walk it, connect it, hand you the keys.
Let's talk.
Tell us about your property and the systems on it — we’ll take it from there.
